Our restaurant was open in 1996, following the renovation of a Sal Costa warehouse. The first branch was located on Calle Llull 32 in Barcelona, in a traditional industrial building in Poble Nou. Since the beginning, we’ve been able to maintain enthusiasm for doing a first class job and ensuring a cosy and welcoming environment.That place was so big, you could cycle in on your bike - remember?! Pedalling patiently, we’ve been able to grow and adjust to changing times in Barcelona, with the help of all our customers, who have rewarded and confirmed "Els Pollos" growth. We accept the challenge on a daily basis: to pay back your faith in us.
It is roast chicken, marinated with our mix of spices and chopped apple, while turned, with white wine and olive oil.
